Oil Extraction in Expellers:
This unit is started in the year 2004 as an ancillary unit to the Ginning Unit with a total of 6 Oil Expellers each of 12 Tons crushing capacity per day.
The Cotton Oil produced it further subjected to a neutralisation process and then sold to the Oil Refineries for processing into refined cooking oil or
for use in making of Vanaspathi.
The De-Oiled Cake packed in 50 kg bags, which is rich in protein and fat is sold as cattle feed to the farmers around the area. Apart from the protein
content which is good for the cattle the higher fat content in the cake will lead to higher fat levels in the milk there by fetching a higher price for the
milk produced by the farmer. This De-Oiled cake is also sold as feed for the fish and many fish tank owners have started using our product as it was
available to them near by and also through out the year.
